We are a local water delivery business, not a data company. This page explains — in plain words, and briefly — exactly what happens to the information you type into our order form.

What we ask for
Your name, phone number and delivery address — and only if you choose to type them in.
Where it goes
Straight into a WhatsApp message addressed to our team, so we know what to deliver and where.
What we don't do
No database, no accounts, no cookies or tracking, and nothing sold or passed to anyone else.
What we collect
Our order form has three fields: your name, your phone number and your delivery address. All three are optional — you fill them in yourself when you place an order, and you can leave any of them blank and simply tell us over WhatsApp instead. We do not ask for anything else: no email address, no date of birth, no payment details.
What we use it for
One thing: getting your water to your door. When you finish an order, the website assembles what you selected together with whatever details you entered into a WhatsApp message addressed to our team, and opens WhatsApp so you can send it. Nothing leaves your device until you press send — and you can read and edit the whole message first.
From there it is an ordinary WhatsApp conversation between you and us, and we use it the way any local supplier would: to confirm the order, arrange the delivery and reach you if the driver cannot find the address.
What this website stores
Nothing. There is no database behind this site, no account to create and no login. What you type lives in your browser only, for as long as the page is open — close the tab before sending and it is gone. We also do not use cookies, analytics or any tracking scripts, so we have no record of who visited or what they looked at.
Who else sees it
We do not sell your details, rent them, or hand them to any other business. The only people who see your order are the Snow Drop team arranging your delivery.
Worth stating plainly, because it is true of any business that takes orders this way: the message itself travels over WhatsApp, so it passes through WhatsApp’s service on the way to us and is covered by their terms as well as this page. If you would rather not use WhatsApp at all, call either number below and we will take the order over the phone.
Changing or removing your details
Because your details sit in a WhatsApp conversation rather than a system, correcting them is as simple as messaging or calling us and saying so. Ask us to delete your address from our chat and we will.
